专利说明:
[0001] The invention relates to a zipper lock according to the features of claim 1. It is known to form zippers with a device for locking the slide in a closed position. Such devices can e.g. comprise a latching element on the slide, which can be positively locked with a retaining element at least in a closed position of the slide. Locking elements can e.g. include small pins, prongs, or hooks. Such locking elements can be damaged by the action of force and / or material fatigue and thus become ineffective. In the case of zippers that have no locking device or only have a damaged locking device, there is a risk that the slide may move unintentionally due to the action of external forces and open the lock. From US2012 / 0174347 a safety device for zippers on pants is known. A securing element comprises two curved arms which are connected to one another at one end such that they can pivot about a common axis of rotation. In the area of the opposite other ends, the arms can be connected to one another by a locking mechanism. For this purpose, one of the arms comprises a section with several sawtooth-like locking elements and the other arm comprises a guide section with a continuous recess. The arm with the locking elements is fastened to the slide handle of a zipper by means of a fastening ring. When closing or connecting the two arms, the section with the locking elements is pushed into the recess of the other arm. A spring-mounted pawl secures the inserted arm in the respective position. To open or disconnect the connection, the pawl can be moved into a release position by means of an operating element against the spring force. The securing element can be fastened in the neck area of a trouser button above a zipper. This will secure the slide in the closed position. So that the zipper can be opened, the pawl must first be operated. Due to the small size and the difficult-to-access location, this can be cumbersome and undesirably take a long time. In the closed position, the end of the section with the sawtooth-like locking elements protrudes from the other arm. This increases the risk of damage to both the garment and the safety device. There is also the risk of injury from the locking elements. Due to the mechanical requirements, the design leeway with regard to the design of the safety device is severely limited. An object of the present invention is therefore to create an alternative zipper security device that is robust and easy to use. [0007] This object is achieved by a zipper lock with the features of claim 1. The zipper lock according to the invention comprises a stable, closed ring body which serves as a securing element and can be hung, for example in the case of trousers, on a trouser button which is arranged adjacent to the upper end of a zipper. There it rests on the neck that connects the button with the waistband. The button and the waistband limit the freedom of movement of the ring body and keep it in the desired position. When the button is closed, the ring is additionally secured by a front section of the waistband on which a buttonhole is arranged. The ring body is at least partially covered by this front section of the waistband. The ring body is preferably made in one piece from metal and therefore particularly stable. In alternative embodiments, the ring body can also comprise several rigidly interconnected elements, e.g. several metal elements welded or soldered to one another or a plastic part that is joined to a metal part by a suitable joining technique such as e.g. Injection molding or gluing is connected. Alternatively, the ring body could also comprise a one-piece plastic body. Preferably, the ring body is made of a high quality metal, e.g. made of metal alloys with gold, silver, palladium or titanium. Alternatively, the ring body can be coated with a noble metal. The ring body can e.g. be designed to be rotationally symmetrical. The contour of the ring body, in particular the shape of the inner and outer boundary lines with the viewing direction orthogonal to the ring plane, can be specified as desired. The cross-section of the ring body can e.g. be at least approximately circular, elliptical, oval or rectangular. The ring body can e.g. also as triangular, square, rectangular, star-shaped, i.e. generally be designed as a polygonal frame or have any other shape. The inner diameter of the ring body or its inscribed diameter is preferably about 1 mm to about 5 mm larger than the outer diameter of buttons to which the ring body is to be attached. The outer diameter of the ring body or its circumferential diameter is preferably about 5mm to about 15mm larger than its inner diameter or its inscribed diameter. The inner diameter is preferably in the range from approximately 19 mm to approximately 23 mm and the outer diameter in the range from approximately 27 mm to approximately 31 mm. In addition, the ring body can comprise a radially protruding portion. This can e.g. as a handle and / or as a holder for a decorative element such as one or more rhinestones and / or can be used as a carrier of a trademark. Such an outstanding section can be a correspondingly shaped area of the ring body. Alternatively or additionally, such protruding sections can also include elements or objects connected to the ring body, for example an area made of plastic using injection molding technology or a plaque made of metal or enamelled metal or a wound wire section. The connection of metal parts to the metallic ring body is preferably carried out by means of material connection techniques such as welding or soldering. The ring body preferably comprises at least one holding structure which enables or facilitates the attachment and fastening of additional elements. Such holding structures can in particular include bores, grooves and / or shaped areas. The ring body and / or an object protruding from the ring body can e.g. Embossings include, in particular ornaments, lettering or trademarks. The ring body comprises at least one holding eye. A connecting element, which comprises a hook with a spring-assisted lock, is linked to the ring body in the area of this holding eye. The connecting element is preferably a snap hook, which comprises a first section with a retaining ring and a second section in which the closable hook is arranged. The retaining ring can e.g. comprise two gripping arms which are deformed so that they together form a ring. The ends of the gripping arms can optionally be welded or soldered to one another. The hook of the connecting element can be hooked into an eyelet on the slide handle of a zipper and secured by the closure. Due to the chain-like connection with the ring body, the connecting element has sufficient freedom of movement. This makes it easier to attach the hook to the slide handle of a zipper. The ring body is e.g. hung or secured on a button near the end of the zipper tapes when the slider is in the closed position and the zipper is closed. The torques or transverse forces exerted by the hook on the slide handle are only minimal due to the chain-like connection. This can prevent unwanted damage to the slide or the slide handle. [0020] The invention is described in more detail below with the aid of a few figures. FIG. 1 shows a section of trousers in the area of the waistband, with a securing element of a zipper lock 1 being attached to a waistband button 2 above a zipper 4. Figure 2 shows enlarged details of the arrangement from Figure 1. The zip fastener 4 is closed, i.e. Staples arranged on opposite zipper tapes are hooked together, and a slider 6 is positioned in a closed position at the end of the zipper tapes. To move the slide 6, the zip fastener 4 comprises a slide handle 8 with a handle eyelet 10. In the illustrated embodiment of the zip fastener securing device 1, the securing element comprises a circular ring body 3, which is preferably made in one piece from metal and, for example, has an approximately rectangular cross section. The ring body 3 is generally a closed frame which can also have a shape deviating from the circular shape and / or a cross section deviating from the rectangular shape. The ring body 3 comprises a retaining eyelet 5, for example a round or elongated continuous recess, which is framed by the adjacent area of the ring body 3. The inner diameter D1 or generally the diameter D1 of the inscribed circle of the ring body 1 is preferably in the range from 19 mm to 23 mm and is e.g. about 21mm. The outside diameter D2 or generally the diameter D2 of the circumference of the ring body 1 is preferably in the range from 27 mm to 31 mm and is e.g. about 29mm. The thickness S1 of the ring body 3 (FIG. 5) is preferably in the range from approximately 1.5 mm to approximately 4.5 mm and is, for example, approximately 2.5 mm, 3 mm or 3.5 mm. A connecting element 11 is linked to the retaining eye 5 of the ring body 3, i. the connecting element 11 is movably connected to the ring body 3 with limited freedom of movement. For attachment to the slide handle eyelet 10 of the zip fastener 4, the connecting element 11 comprises a hook 13 with a spring-assisted fastener, e.g. a snap hook. In the embodiment of the zipper lock 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the hook 13 is a U-shaped bracket, the legs of which are elastically connected to one another. The bracket is mounted on a base body 15 in the end region of one of these legs so as to be pivotable about an axis of rotation A. The other leg comprises a shoulder 19 in the end area for interlocking locking with a corresponding stop on the base body 15 (not shown). The stop can, for example, be a pin which is arranged parallel to the axis of rotation A in a cavity between two cover plates 17a, 17b of the base body 15. To fasten the connecting element 11 to the handle eyelet 10 of a slide handle 8, the hook 13 is opened or unlocked by pressing the two legs together and pivoting the hook 13 about the axis of rotation A. FIG. 4 shows the zipper lock 1 with the hook 13 open. The exposed leg of the hook 13 is looped through the handle eyelet 10. The legs of the hook 13 are then pressed together and the hook 13 is pivoted back into the closed position according to FIG. If the second leg between the shoulder 19 and the end has a ramp 21 inclined relative to the direction of movement of the leg, this leg is automatically displaced by the stop against the spring force towards the other leg when it is pivoted into the closed position, until it reaches a shoulder 19 adjacent recess jumps. In this position, the hook 13 is closed and secured. The base body 15 comprises a retaining ring 22 which is linked to the ring body 3 in the region of the retaining eyelet 5. Optionally, one or more further chain links can be arranged between the retaining eyelet 5 and the retaining ring 22 (not shown). As a result, the relative mobility of the ring body 3 and the connecting element 11 can be increased. The retaining eyelet 5 and the retaining ring 22 are the end links of a chain with at least two chain links. The length of the chain can be adapted according to the respective distance between the end of a zipper 4 and a button 2 or generally an anchoring element. Optionally, at least one of the chain links can be elastically deformable, so that the chain can be stretched and the distance between the ring body 3 and the hook 13 of the connecting element 11 can be changed. This facilitates the fastening of the zipper lock 1 under different conditions of use. Of course, the hook 13 and the lock can also be designed in a different manner. Figures 6 to 9 show examples of some other embodiments of the ring body 3. The ring body 3 shown in Figure 6 comprises in addition to the retaining eyelet 5, two further through recesses 23. These can e.g. be used for permanent or temporary attachment of jewelry and / or other objects, e.g. a badge or a handle that makes it easier to grasp the ring body 3. If a plastic part is additionally injected onto the ring body 3, recesses 23 can be used to better anchor these parts on the ring body 3. In general, the ring body 3 can comprise one or more recesses 23, wherein one of these recesses 23 can be the retaining eyelet 5. If there are several recesses 23, these can e.g. be arranged evenly distributed along the ring body 3. If the ring body 3 comprises only a few recesses 23, the offset angle α between the retaining eyelet 5 and the closest recess 23 is preferably in the range from approximately 60 ° to approximately 120 °. An object which is attached to the ring body 3 in this area is also visible or easy to grasp when the ring body 3 is e.g. is covered by the waistband of a trouser zipper. FIG. 7 shows an example of an annular body 3 in which a region with the retaining eyelet 5 protrudes radially. In this area the ring body 3 can e.g. be flattened or have a smaller thickness S1 compared to the adjacent areas. As a result, the freedom of movement for a connecting element 11 fastened to the retaining eyelet 5 can be increased. The ring body 3 comprises a radially projecting bracket 25 which e.g. is connected by welding or soldering to the adjacent part of the ring body 3 and, together with this, delimits a further recess 23. Different embodiments of the ring body 3 can comprise any combination of one or more identical or different recess types. Depending on the embodiment, further recesses 23 can also be used as holding eyes 5 for chaining a connecting element 11, and holding eyes 5 can also be used as further recesses 23 for fastening other objects. The ring body 3 can comprise one or more sockets, in which jewelry objects 27 such as e.g. Rhinestones or gemstones are attached. Such sockets are preferably arranged on a radially protruding section of the ring body 3, for example on a bracket. Figure 8 shows an annular body 3 with a radially protruding plate 29. This can e.g. be flat or slightly curved. The plate 29 can e.g. designed as a jewelry object or carrier of a jewelry object 27 and / or used as a handle. The plate 29 can in particular be a badge or a carrier of a badge. The plate 29 can e.g. integrally formed on the ring body 3 or an object attached to the ring body 3 and preferably rigidly connected to it. Figures 9 and 10 show a further embodiment of the zipper lock 1, which is attached to the slide handle 8 of a zipper in the illustration in Figure 10. The connecting element 11 of this zipper lock 1 is designed as an S-shaped double hook 31 with two curved legs 31a, 31b, these legs 31a, 31b being connected to one another via a common central connecting section 31c. The hook with the first limb 31a is intended to be looped into the holding eye 5 of the ring body 3. The hook with the second leg 31b is intended to be looped into the handle eyelet 10 of the slide handle 8. The legs 31a, 31b are designed to be resilient. Even if the end regions of these legs 31a, 31b rest against the central connecting portion 31c without the action of an external force, they can be moved against the acting spring force to establish or release a connection with the ring body 3 or the slide handle 8. The ends of the legs 31a, 31b can be curved slightly convex. This facilitates the introduction into the holding eyelet 5 or into the handle eyelet 10. Preferably, the connecting element 11 is made in one piece from a plastic or from a metal such as e.g. made of stainless spring steel. The sum of the height H1 of the first leg 31a and the height H2 of the second leg 31b is preferably greater than the height H of the double hook 31. This ensures that the zip lock 1 is securely held on the respective trouser button 2 and on the respective slide handle 8. The legs 31a, 31b of the double hook are bent in opposite directions in a common plane. This facilitates the chaining or fastening and loosening on the retaining eyelet 5 and on the handle eyelet 10. It also ensures that the zipper lock 1 exerts no or only minimal twisting forces or torques on the slide handle 8 of the zipper. This can prevent damage to the zipper.
